Schedule:

6 hours asana/pranayama per day.

Daily:

- 9h-12h

- 16h30-19h30

Dinner at 20h00

- Presential 525 euros

- Zoom 350 euros

Price includes a home-cooked 3-course vegetarian, organic dinner after each evening asana class, eaten on site with spectacular views to the sea and the sunset.

Accommodation

For those needing accommodation, there are a number of available options on site at the Estate.

Each room, and the entire house, is of a very high and quality standard.

Private, natural pool on site with incredible views to the sea.

10 hectares of land. Kilometers of hiking trails.

Arrival day 3 August after 3.00 pm, Departure day 10 August by 13.00

Room Options:

- Private en suite (personal bathroom), with views - 130 euros per night

- Shared en suite (personal bathroom), with views- 100 euros per night per person

- Shared bedrooms (shared with 3 people, with shared bathrooms and showers) - 75 euros per night, per person

- Semi-private apartment, includes 1 bedroom with large double bed and views, 1 bedroom with 2 or 3 single beds, private bathroom with shower shared between the rooms (this is ideal for friends wanting to share a space together, and have some privacy) - 300 euros per night for the whole 'apartment'.

Students are responsible for own breakfast and lunch.

Large, fully equipped kitchen available.

Location situated 45 minutes south of Lisbon, surrounded by beautiful, wild beaches, dunes, and pine forests. Local activities include: hiking, snorkelling, boat trips to view dolphins and hidden grottos, vibrant local culture, dining and  - of course - beach activities.
