6 hours asana/pranayama per day.

- 16h30-19h30

There are a number of available options locally at a number of independent hotels and Airbnb locales.
Hectares of open space. Kilometers of hiking trails.
Surrounded by beaches big and small.
Arrival day 7 August, first Asana session 9.00 a.m. 8 August, Departure day 14 August at 12 noon.
Location situated 45 minutes south of Lisbon, surrounded by beautiful, wild beaches, dunes, and pine forests. Local activities include: hiking, snorkelling, boat trips to view dolphins and hidden grottos, vibrant local culture, dining and - of course - beach activities.
